Arun Rajaraman, President / CEO
Arun's extensive experience in the B2B software technology space is the core of XUVI, and his passion for emerging technologies to create innovative, cost-effective solutions continue to drive the company's development and strategic focus. With more than 25 years experience leading technology products for the global Gaming and Supply Chain industries, Arun's collective experience helped identify technology gaps in the CRM space and shape XUVI's products.
Prior to founding XUVI, Arun was SVP and Chief Technology Officer - Gaming Systems R&D for Bally Technologies / Scientific Games. Arun's professional career spans multiple industries and continents, and includes senior positions with Manhattan Associates, a leading provider of supply chain and omnichannel technology.
Rob Jackson, Chief Operating Officer
Rob Jackson brings a wealth of executive management expertise to XUVI as well as deep gaming industry knowledge gained over more than 35 years working within the North American and European markets. In his role as Chief Operating Officer, he oversees XUVI's day to day operations and sales support for all company products across industries, and is responsible for identifying new market opportunities, strategic partnerships and support existing and developing key customer relationships.
Prior to joining XUVI, Rob was most recently the Executive Vice President of Sales for Gaming Partners International, responsible for overseeing GPI's sales efforts and staff located throughout the Americas and Europe.
Joshua Rajarethinam, Managing Director, India
Joshua has over 20 years of software development experience across multiple industries and domains like Manufacturing, Banking and Gaming. He has built and managed large development teams in different roles. He is currently the Managing Director of XUVI’s India Development Center. In this role he is responsible for most of the R&D activities at XUVI.
Prior to joining XUVI, Joshua was Sr. Director, Technology at Scientific Games in Macau and India, where he oversaw their Asia Systems Business, Product Development and Technical Services departments.
